Grade 6-8 | Competition Focus: AMC 8 (Honor Roll and Beyond)
This course is designed for students with more consistent success on AMC 8 - specifically, those already scoring 15 or more - who are ready to push into the exam's harder back half. Students tackle more challenging, multi-concept problems that combine algebra, geometry, number theory, and counting, developing the depth and speed needed to reach Honor Roll and Distinguished Honor Roll.
What students will develop
- Strategies for tackling the AMC 8's harder, multi-step later questions
- Ability to combine concepts across algebra, geometry, and counting in a single problem
- Sharper speed and accuracy under real contest time constraints
- A strong platform for transitioning into AMC 10 preparation
