I understand that AAA programs, including in-person classes, online classes, camps, events, and related activities, may involve inherent risks. These risks may include illness, injury, property loss, facility or equipment risks, acts of other participants, and limited emergency medical availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release and hold harmless Ascend Advanced Academy, its staff, affiliates, and partners from claims connected with participation. Purchases and sales policy购买与销售政策
I understand that class has limited seats. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat, and seats are secured on a first-paid, first-served basis. The deposit is credited toward total tuition. All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable once made.我理解每个班级名额有限。需支付 200 美元不可退还定金以保留名额，名额按付款先后确认。该定金会计入总学费。所有已付款项，包括定金，一经支付均不可退还。
Payment policy付款政策
After the deposit, the remaining balance may be paid in full no later than two weeks before the first lesson, or in two installments if approved. A 5% processing fee applies to the remaining balance for the installment option. The first installment is due two weeks before the first lesson, and the second is due two weeks before the second half of lessons begins. Late payment forfeits the reserved seat, and the deposit will not be refunded or applied to future enrollment.
