1. Assumption of Risk责任豁免与风险承担
I understand that AAA programs — including in-person classes, online classes, camps, events, and related activities — involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, illness, injury, property loss, facility or equipment risks, the acts or conduct of other participants, and limited availability of emergency medical care at activity sites. I voluntarily allow my child to participate in AAA's Summer Camp program and all associated activities, and I knowingly and voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child.我理解 AAA 的项目（包括线下课程、线上课程、夏令营、活动及相关安排）存在固有风险。这些风险包括但不限于疾病、受伤、财物损失、场地或设备风险、其他参与者的行为，以及活动地点紧急医疗资源有限。我自愿允许孩子参加 AAA 夏令营及所有相关活动，并代表孩子知情且自愿地承担这些风险。
2. Release, Indemnification, and Media Permission免责、赔偿与影像授权
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, discharge, and hold harmless Ascend Advancement Inc. (AAA), its owners, staff, instructors, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or connected with my child's participation in AAA programs and activities, including claims of negligence, except to the extent such release is prohibited by New York law. I further agree to indemnify and hold AAA harmless from any liability, loss, or expense AAA may incur as a result of my child's actions or my own actions in connection with the program. 3. Transportation Consent3. 交通接送同意
I have been informed of, and agree to, the transportation arrangements made by AAA in connection with the Summer Camp program, provided by Hongqi Yu / Zheng Ma and/or transportation contractors arranged by AAA. I give permission for my child to be transported between the camp site and other activity locations, including but not limited to: Bounce! Family Entertainment Center, local playgrounds, AMF Bowling Center, Cantiague Water Park, Bethpage Ice Skating Center, and other sites AAA considers necessary for program activities, during the camp session dates confirmed at registration. I release AAA, its care providers, campsite, and staff from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages incurred during this transportation.我已获知并同意 AAA 为夏令营安排的交通接送，由 Hongqi Yu / Zheng Ma 和/或 AAA 安排的运输承包商提供。我允许孩子在报名确认的夏令营日期内，在营地与其他活动地点之间乘车，包括但不限于 Bounce! 4. Activity-Specific Authorizations4. 特定活动授权
For campers enrolled in full-day sessions (staying until 4:30 PM), swimming at Cantiague Water Park, ice skating at Bethpage Ice Skating Center, and activities at Bounce! Family Entertainment Center may be offered. Initial each activity below that you authorize. I release AAA, its care providers, campsite, and staff from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages incurred while participating in the authorized activities and during related transportation.对于参加全天班（至下午 4:30）的营员，项目可能包括 Cantiague Water Park 游泳、Bethpage Ice Skating Center 滑冰以及 Bounce! 5. Care of Public Property5. 公共财物维护
Students are expected to take good care of AAA's desks, chairs, books, teaching materials, electronic devices, and other public property, and to use all items properly and without unauthorized removal from the premises. If AAA property is damaged or lost due to a student's personal actions, the parent/guardian agrees that the student will either replace the item with one of equal or equivalent value, or pay a fee of $100. In cases of intentional damage or repeated violations, AAA will notify parents and, depending on severity, the student may be asked to withdraw from the program.学生应妥善爱护 AAA 的桌椅、书籍、教学材料、电子设备及其他公共财物，正确使用且未经许可不得带离场所。如因学生个人行为造成 AAA 财物损坏或丢失，家长/监护人同意以同等价值物品替换，或支付 100 美元费用。对于故意损坏或多次违规，AAA 将通知家长，并视严重程度要求学生退出项目。
6. Purchases, Payment, and Cancellation Policy6. 购买、付款与取消政策
- All payments, including any deposit, are non-refundable once made.
- Full payment is due no later than two weeks before the first day of camp, unless a two-installment plan has been approved in advance.
- If paying in two installments, a 5% processing fee applies to the remaining balance.
- Late payment forfeits the reserved seat. In this case, the deposit is not refunded and cannot be applied toward future enrollment.
- Missed camp days or activities for personal reasons are not refunded, credited, or made up.
- AAA reserves the right to amend or supplement these regulations and policies as necessary; the version in effect at the time of registration governs that registration.
